Hi All -
OK, the 2009/2010 league season is officially kicked off! We are now accepting your application forms. Here's the email I sent out below - I guess we will post the updated application forms on this blog somewhere and also on the SSRA website.
A few other things...
Please read the league rules! :) There's a lot of detail in there. Even existing league players or captains sometimes have misunderstandings about the rules, so they're always worth a re-read even if you think you know them.
If you haven't quite got all your ducks in a row to send your application form in yet but you know you will definitely be entering a team, I would appreciate a heads-up so I can see what we're likely to have this season.

Attached are the updated 2009/2010 league rules and league application form. Please email the league application to me as soon as you have your team together.
In addition, we must receive a hardcopy of the form with your check for $240 mailed to the SSRA PO Box (full address on the form) or alternatively you can bring it along to the SSRA picnic next Sunday.
Note that we have not increased the league fee this year, it's the same as last year. Also, your SSRA membership will include the end-of-season SSRA Party this year!
Deadline for applications is Sat 26-Sept-2009. Proposed league start date is Tues 6-Oct-2009.
If your team is still looking for players, or you are a player looking for a team, try out our league blog at http://seattlesquashleague.blogspot.com/. We will shortly be adding an entry "Looking for a Team 2009/2010?" where you can post your details. We will also post various league info to this blog during the season.
Don't forget we have our SSRA summer picnic this coming Sunday 13-Sept, weather is looking good! Full details at our website (link below). Great opportunity to talk league!
As always, if you have any questions or feedback please let me know. Please feel free to forward this email to any interested players.
Looking forward to a great league season!
